A warm welcome awaits people experiencing Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, their family, friends, carers, health care professionals and service providers.

Dr. Michelle Kelly - Intervention strategies to improve cognitive functioning

The North Louth Dementia Cafe for people and families living with dementia will take place this month on Wednesday 15th November from 6-8pm in the River Café in the Marshes Shopping Centre, Dundalk. Guest speaker on the night will be Dr. Michelle Kelly, an expert in behavioural psychology. Dr Kelly will speak about early intervention strategies which can improve cognitive functioning and delay progression of dementia symptoms, supporting a better quality of life for the person with dementia and their family carer.
