Seeking over 65's with multiple health conditions

We are currently recruiting for ProACT, an exciting new European healthcare project to support older people with multiple chronic health conditions.

If you are over 65 and have two or more of the following chronic health conditions;

  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) including emphysema or chronic bronchitis

  • Chronic heart failure

  • Coronary heart disease including angina, hypertension, atherosclerosis and arrhythmia

  • Diabetes

We invite you to participate in our twelve month trial, which will demonstrate how older people with multiple health conditions could be better supported with the use of technology. The trial will be run by our trained researchers, Dr. Julie Doyle and Suzanne Smith Msc. and they will be able to fully explain the trial and how it could benefit you. The trial is scheduled to start in February 2018 and you, your healthcare network and family or carers will be supported throughout the trial.
